RENTING AN APARTMENT
What agreement terms do you have?
We offer anything between 6 to 12 month rental agreements.  Short
term agreements are available.  Please contact the office for additional
information.
How do I apply to rent?
Once you have decided on the apartment you would like to rent, we
would need an application filled out for each adult applicant.  The fee is
$28 per applicant and $500 for the holding fee.  This will take the
apartment off the market and reserve it in your name.
What is your rental criteria?
To qualify to rent your monthly gross income must be at least three
times the monthly rent.  Your credit must be favorable (less the $1,000
in collections in the last 7 years), and you need to have 12 months
verifiable rental history (for military, this can include living in the barracks).

**Please note, if you do not meet one or more of the above criteria,
you may be able to qualify for an apartment if you pay an additional
deposit equal to one month's rent.
How long does the screening process take?
Anywhere from 24 to 72 hours.
What happens when I'm approved?
When it's close to your move-in date we would like you to come in and
sign your rental agreement ahead of time.  Then on moving day, all we
have to do is a walk through and give you the keys to your new home!
